STANDARD PLAN

24/7 Monitoring
We utilize 24/7 monitoring to ensure that your machine is functioning optimally at all times. This allows for immediate detection and resolution of any issues that may arise, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Unlimited Cloud Backup
Back up each Mac to the cloud. This does not include servers.

Remote Access
Our software also gives us the ability to fix things remotely.

Virus/Malware Remediation
Our software will remove 99% of all malware. If the malware finds a way to slip through, we’ll provide up to 1 hour of service to remove it. (3)

Automatic Software Updates & Scheduled Maintenance
Enjoy the benefits of automatic software updates not supported by Apple’s app store (e.g. Zoom, Slack, Office). This allows critical updates to be installed automatically. Note that automatic updates will be tested and vetted by us before being released to your machines. This does not cover macOS upgrades. (1)

MDM – Standard
Mobile Device Management gives us the ability to erase stolen devices, install software, and remotely configure your Macs. As of macOS Catalina and going forward Apple will only allow certain remote modifications if your machines are under MDM management. (2)

Equipment recycling w/secure erase
We’ll securely erase the data on old equipment, then recycle it at the local e-waste center.

PRO PLAN

INCLUDES EVERYTHING ABOVE PLUS THE FOLLOWING

DNS Protection
Protects users from accidentally downloading malware, getting phished, or visiting sites that have been deemed unsafe. Having this alone will prevent the majority of viruses and malware from ever reaching your computer.

Unattended Remote Access
Allows us to login to your machine while you work and fix issues without disturbing you. (can be disabled by you) 

Password Management & Documentation
We use industry standards to maintain passwords, encryption keys, and networks for your records.

Priority Service
Your computer issues get priority service over others who don’t subscribe to a support plan.

MDM – Business

(1) macOS Upgrades – (e.g. upgrading from macOS 13 to macOS 14) are not covered under Automatic Software Updates. You will be notified when it is appropriate to upgrade/update your macOS. This however, must be done by the user, you!  Apple has not made this easy to admin. Upgrading is very simple these days. Go to Settings/General and click update and type your password. Since macOS upgrades can break apps and cause other issues we will charge our hourly fee to troubleshoot these issues. 

(2) MDM (STANDARD) – Macs will join our MDM.

(3) In rare instances malware remediation may require a wipe/rebuild/restore of macOS, which would fall outside of the support plan.

(4) MDM (PRO) – a 3rd party MDM subscription paid for by your company may be required depending on the size and needs of your business. A separate onboarding fee will be charged for initial deployment to an MDM. You will be the admin of the MDM service allowing us access. Alternatively, you may opt to join our MDM server.
